Responsibilities: We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Active Directory Analyst SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Location: Medellín |Hybrido How a day to day would look like in this role: * Supporting and implementing technology solutions for clients Qualifications: Profile Technician/Technologist or professional in Systems Engineering or related fields with at least with experience developing and supporting Infrastructure projects on Active Directory Required skills: * Diagnosis and troubleshooting of Active Directory replication issues. * Configuration of topology and replication. * DNS, DHCP with troubleshooting capabilities, design of these services. * Implement, diagnose, and resolve policy issues and their application to workstations. * Implement, diagnose, and troubleshoot time synchronization issues. * Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows Server. * Identify synchronization failures of Entra Connect. * Entra Connect version migration. * Diagnose and resolve authentication-related issues. * Experience in administration and configuration of MFA, SSO application in Azure Active Directory, B2B, B2C, Password Protection. * Knowledge of Conditional Access. * Knowledge of file server, FTP, and FTPS.
