Responsibilities:

* As our Ambulatory RN, you will be the primary point of contact for many of our patients, providing compassionate care, expert clinical guidance, and fostering a trusting and supportive environment throughout their outpatient journey. Your dedication to patient advocacy and clear communication will be paramount in ensuring positive health outcomes and an excellent patient experience.
* Every day, you will leverage your critical thinking skills and clinical expertise to manage a diverse patient caseload, conducting thorough assessments, administering medications and treatments, and educating patients on chronic disease management, preventative care, and post-procedure instructions. Your proactive approach to patient care and ability to adapt to varying patient needs will be essential.
* To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, a strong commitment to teamwork, and a proven track record of maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all regulatory standards. Qualifications:

Required

* Current Washington state licensure as an RN
* BLS through AHA at time of hire
* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing
* Strong patient assessment skills, phone skills, ability to work collaboratively in team setting, current working
knowledge of electronic medical records
