Responsibilities:

Overview
Responsible for blending, batching, filtering, transferring, and preparing products to meet bottling schedules using approved formulas and specifications. Manages inventory, tank readings, bulk receiving, and documentation for lab approval. Ensures safety, quality control, and workplace cleanliness.

Pay: Up to $24.00/hour (based on experience), with opportunities for growth
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule | Night shift (5:45 PM - 6:00 AM) 

Responsibilities

* Follow all safety requirements; prioritize safe work practices; report incidents immediately; support inspections and investigations; maintain a clean workspace.
* Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service by supplying spirits on time and within safety, quality, and regulatory standards; resolve issues promptly.
* Adhere to HACCP, SOPs, and company standards; own processes; continuously improve blending, batching, filtering, and quality; ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and environmental practices.
* Create and execute a development plan with your supervisor; improve at least one skill annually and meet performance goals.
* Identify and communicate career goals; build skills aligned with your desired career path.
* Drive KPI performance; follow SOPs and best practices; improve operations, resource use, and quality; communicate across departments; control costs, waste, and inventory.
* Perform all duties in compliance with SOPs, GMPs, company procedures, and regulations.
* Model company values; build strong relationships; contribute to a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications: 
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* 2 + years of relevant experience (minimum)
*  At least 21 years of age
*  Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience operating industrial equipment
* Background in manufacturing or warehouse environments
* Knowledge of processing and batching operations
* Stable work history (12+ months in previous roles)
