Responsibilities:
* 18 years of age or older
* Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Pass a background check and drug screening
* Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
* Demonstrate strong people and employee-relation skills
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented
* Work under pressure
* Understanding of ticketing, gate, and ramp procedures
* Lift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Required knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines' policies and procedures
* Familiar with partner dedicated computer systems
* Promote a safety culture in the station
* This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Part-time and full-time positions may be available
* $17 per hour, plus override

* Constantly promote teamwork to achieve station goals
* Attend company training classes as needed
* Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel
* Cross Utilized Agent duties as required
