Overview: * This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position Schedule Overview * Anticipated Start Date: On or around December 1 * Training Schedule: * Phase 1: December 1 - 5 * Phase 2: December 15 - 23 * Training Hours: 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM * Opening Day: February 17 Please note: Training is mandatory and designed to ensure all team members are fully prepared for opening day operations. Responsibilities: * Be at least 18 years of age * Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license * High school diploma or completion of a GED * Pass a background check and drug screening * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship * Basic knowledge of fundamental computer programs for record-keeping and baggage routing * Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation * Adaptability to changing priorities and time management skills * Strong teamwork and collaborations skills * This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays * Part-time and full-time positions may be available * Starting at $14.50 an hour * #zr Qualifications: Airport agents are primarily responsible for ensuring excellent customer service while performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to ticketing and re-booking passengers, boarding flights, assisting passengers with special needs, resolving customer concerns, and more. Responsibilities * Load/unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail on/off aircraft * Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and re-book passengers all in a prompt and friendly manner * Escort passengers and special needs customers safely and courteously * Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area * Service aircraft as needed * Other duties as assigned
