Air Pax Specialist

				Overview:

This Position is physically located in Iraq

The Air Pax Specialist coordinates movement support for passengers. Assists V2X and tenant units with all aspects of personnel movement.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinates movement control support for the surface movement of cargo through the commercial or military transportation system.
* Assists V2Xand tenant units with all aspects of shipping, receiving, and movement of passengers.
* This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
* Perform other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: 

* High School diploma or equivalent required.
* Able to obtain an on post drivers license.
* Read, write, and speak English at proficiency level 4.

Experience:

* Have at least 2 years of experience dealing with air movement and Military transportation field equivalent to Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 88N.

Skills:

* Must have effective communication and organizational skills.
* Must be able to work with people of diverse background.
* Possesses good Customer service, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Must be knowledgeable of/possesses the ability to identify the Military rank structure.
* Possesses ability to perform root cause analysis and prepare corrective actions plans.
* Familiar with the Army Logistics Readiness and Sustainability Program.
* Must be able to function effectively with little to no guidance.
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook).

Working Conditions:

* Must be capable of working in various weather conditions (humidity, rainy, warm).
* Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.

Physical Requirements:

* Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
* Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
* Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
