Overview: All About EXPLEO Agile Coach opportunity The successful candidate will manage the full project life cycle, setting standards for assignments and applications. Pivotal consulting role in providing analysis of the existing practices of the projects across the organisation and making recommendations for alignment and improvement. One day as an Expleo Agile Coach * Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, in order to spread Agile Ways of working principles and practices; * Empower self-organization of teams and support them in key change management phases; * Coaching and mentoring of individuals of different seniority levels; * Pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables; * Actively lead a successful team in line with the strategic plan; * Leadership responsibility for provision of consulting services to corporate clients and achieving agreed objectives; What are our key selection criteria for joining the Expleo Business Agility team? * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience * Holding a formal certification as a Scrum Master, Kanban Lead, Lean Six Sigma certification or similar Agile approach * Proven evidence of Coaching skill development through experience and/or formal certification * Management qualification or relevant years of experience * Excellent communication and presentations skills - Experience in the creation and delivery of Agile Training courses to clients * Lean Thinking and an Agile Mind-set in how you work internally and externally * People management skills - introducing and building ways in which people can learn from each other, encouraging mentoring and the transfer of knowledge by designing and delivering learning interventions What's in it for you * Collaborative working environment - we stand shoulder to shoulder with our clients and our peers through good times and challenges * Expleo Academy - enables you to acquire and develop the right skills by delivering a suite of accredited training courses * Always working as one team, our people are not afraid to think big and challenge the status quo * 20 + 12 (40hours week) days of vacation per year * A mobility budget that can use towards your mobility or rent/mortgage * A flexible homeworking policy Who are we?
