Agile Business Analyst : Retail Banking - Digital Customer Onboarding (Wealth / Trade / Cards and Payments)

Should have worked on Digital Customer Onboarding on Clearing, lending, Trade finance, Payments , Cards, and Wealth Management ( Any 3 domain must have )

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

* Requirement Discussions: Lead sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing change processes.
* User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Translate business requirements into functional user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability and alignment with testing.
* Design Briefing: Collaborate with the design team to ensure UI/UX meets business needs, providing feedback and updating requirements as needed.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating communication and ensuring stakeholder sign-offs.
* Testing & Validation: Oversee Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with business units to validate solutions.
* Change Requests: Prepare, track, and communicate Project Change Requests (PCRs), ensuring timely approvals and impact assessments.
* Operational Process Tracking: Support and track the documentation and sign-off of operational processes related to IT solutions.
* Sanity Checks: Ensure solutions meet business needs before production, coordinating post-go-live sanity checks

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

* Strong Agile experience with a proven track record in banking domains (Clearing, Lending, Trade Finance, Payments, Cards, Wealth Management).
* Techno-functional background with prior experience in Agile methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with mid to senior-level stakeholders.
* Self-driven and proactive in managing and delivering requirements.
