				Overview:

Under the general direction of the Sr. Manager, Corporate Transactions, the Administrator, Legal II is responsible for providing support to attorneys, paralegals, and management. 

Responsibilities

* Support Attorneys and Paralegals with projects, tasks and agreements. Provide supporting information and documents.
* Serve as a subject matter expert and provide information on government agency requirements/processes as it relates to transactions.
* Assist and draft transaction documents, governmental agency correspondence and/or employment agreements using pre-approved templates.
* Provide transaction support in Salesforce with maintaining and auditing data.
* Review legal documents, agreements, applications, forms and requests. 
* Conduct analysis and research information to assist paralegals and attorneys.
* Ensure compliance by facilitating document signatures and approvals.
* Handle transmitting documents via DocuSign and FedEx.
* Propose process improvements by conducting analysis and evaluating effectiveness of processes, reports and databases.
* Other duties as assigned by attorneys, paralegals or management.

Required

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in the related field or paralegal certification from an ABA accredited program. In lieu of degree, 4+ years of experience is required or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
* +4 years related legal or contracts experience.

Preferred

* Familiarity with Salesforce, Box, Docusign CLM, Docusign eSignature, and/or Smartsheet is a plus.
* Basic understanding of or familiarity with corporate entities and related terminology and structure.
* Notary

* Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment without compromising the quality of the work.
* Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
* Accurate spelling, grammar and punctuation.

* Self-motivated, reliable individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
