Responsibilities:

The Business Systems Administrator is accountable for the stability, usability, and functional performance of Trademark Transportation's systems. This role supports daily operations by managing user access, system configurations, and testing processes, while partnering with stakeholders to ensure systems support efficient, compliant, and scalable workflows.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience.
* 2+ years of experience administering, configuring, or supporting business-critical enterprise applications within a logistics, transportation, 3PL/4PL, or supply chain environment (e.g., TMS, ERP, accounting systems, or similar platforms). 
* Demonstrated experience configuring workflows, business rules, system parameters, and user settings to support operational processes.
* Proven experience serving as a functional subject matter expert (SME) for at least one core system.
* Hands-on experience translating business or operational requirements into system configurations and functional solutions.
* Strong background in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving functional system issues related to configuration, permissions, workflows, or data flow.
* Experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
