* Rate begins at $20.00/hour.
This essential role will report directly to our CCI Program Director at Grace's Place. Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Answers phones, responds to inquiries, and forwarding messages to the appropriate individuals in a timely fashion.
* Receives, prints, and distributes written communications to the appropriate individuals/teams. Shares pertinent information with other interdisciplinary teams as needed.
* Collects and enters data into various database platforms, such as Microsoft Excel. Performs simple data manipulation, such as sort, filter, etc. Produces simple charts and graphs.
* Liase with all Departments at our beautiful facility, including nursing, food services and our school. Ensure communication to key employees and leaders takes place.
* Participates in meetings, including taking and distributing notes, documenting minutes, and passing along action item status.
* Data management as needed.
DEVEREUX GEORGIA GRACE'S PLACE
We are excited to announce we have broken ground on a brand new campus! Due to Devereux Georgia's history of success in treating victims since 2009, the state has chosen to use Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health for their newly approved treatment program. The 24-bed program is a Child Caring Institution (Group Home) for victimized females between the ages of 12 and 17.

Qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED required
* A minimum of three (3) years' experience as an administrative assistant to multiple teams.
* Exceptional computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications.
* Must have excellent customer service skills, strong computers skills and ability to multi-task.
* Selected candidate will be required to attend our extensive orientation for two weeks.
