The Temporary Administrative Assistant will support the Community Impact Director with various administrative and operational tasks including project management, form completion, supply ordering, communication with community partners, and more. 

This position is part-time for twenty hours per week. The position is hybrid,  based in Greenville, NC, with some in-person responsibility throughout Eastern North Carolina for certain tasks. This temporary position will end on August 28, 2026.

Responsibilities:

* Project management for Community Impact projects (40 to 50 projects in total).
* Form completion including agreements with community partners. 
* Supply and material ordering. 
* Contacting community partners. 
* Various other tasks as needed. 
* Ability to work outside of standard hours which may involve some evenings and/or weekends.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma/GED, (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
* Up to 2 years of prior administrative and database management and/or non-profit experience or equivalent experience.
* Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently, prioritize and handle multiple tasks while manage multiple territories simultaneously.
* Excellent attention to detail, verbal, and non-verbal communication, with highly effective organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to do daily local travel up to 25%; requires access to reliable transportation at all times on an immediate basis.
