Responsibilities:

The Administartive Assistant provides general administrative and clerical duties to the physicians, advanced practitioners, medical directors and/or practice managers.Administrative support to the physicians, advanced practitioners, medical directors and/or practice managers. 

* Perform general office tasks: copying, filing, faxing, mailings, scheduling, and maintaining files/spreadsheets.
* Type medical dictation and reports; handle phone calls and correspondence.
* Use Microsoft Office for documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Manage office equipment, supplies, and travel arrangements; coordinate meetings and calendars.
* Maintain provider credentialing records, CME tracking, etc. as needed.

***Candidate must reside in CST or MST****

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma/GED

1-3 years related experience. Healthcare experience required. 

Software:

Strong Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
