				Overview:

Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). We provide Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Responsibilities:

* Documents drafting, formatting, filing, quality control review
* Organization of meetings or social events (including agenda drafting, room booking, meeting minutes etc.)
* Managing the reception of media
* Tracking, processing, and organizing various documents, shipments, invoices etc.
* Coordination of business trips and submission of expense reports
* Managing venue of external persons coming to the office (directors, candidates, sponsor, new hires etc.)
* Reviewing incoming medical imaging data for clinical trials for initial quality standards
* Easy project-related tasks (e.g. spreadsheets updates, reports, presentations, correspondence, access request to Medpace systems for readers, etc.)

Qualifications:

* High school diploma and some relevant professional experience in respective field/area;
* Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook;
* Organizational skills and demonstrated ability to accurately follow procedures for completing work tasks;
* Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to professionally communicate (written and oral) with employees and external parties;
* Excellent time management skills and ability to complete tasks within established timelines;
* Demonstrated initiative and ability to suggest solutions to problems.
