Join our Customer Support team as an admin part-time intern and start your career in Zebra!
We are looking for individuals who are able to work 20 hours/week split into 4 days.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and professional communication.
* Utilize foreign languages daily to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve their issues.
* Handle and resolve customer requests, complaints, and questions in a prompt and efficient manner.
* Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
* Learn and utilize Zebra systems to record and manage customer interactions and requests accurately.
* Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions in the system.
* Meet established performance targets, including customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution quality.
* Ensure compliance with company guidelines, processes, and audit standards.
* Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and systems to deliver accurate and helpful information to customers.
Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
* German language at least on B2 level
* Communicative English
* Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
* Ability to collaborate as part of a team
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
