Overview: Position: Physical Therapist Assistant - Acute Care Location: NovaCare at Carroll Hospital in Westminster, Maryland Schedule: Per Diem, Part Time, or Full Time, split with outpatient Compensation: starting at $29.00/hr. Carroll Hospital in Westminster, Maryland, is part of the NovaCare/LifeBridge Health family. This 153-bed inpatient hospital is seeking a part time or per diem physical therapist assistant (PTA). We can consider PTAs who are interested in full time hours when coupled with neighboring NovaCare outpatient orthopedic locations. New graduate physical therapist assistants are welcome to apply. We have a large, multidisciplinary team that can support your transition to licensed clinical experience. We are open Monday through Saturday and most holidays. Whether you are per diem to full time, we can discuss a schedule that makes sense for you in conjunction with our patients' and team's needs. Qualifications: * College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program * Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE * Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process) * CPR certification
