The Acquisitions Associate position will be in charge of locating properties that are under value and negotiating a discounted sales price for purchase by our team! Qualifications/Requirements: *******WE ARE LOOKING FOR 3 DRIVEN, PERSISTENT, HARD WORKING ACQUISITION TEAM LEADERS. AFTER THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE PERSON TO STEP UP AND LEAD THE ENTIRE ACQ DEPARTMENT --ADVANCEMENT BASED 100% ON PERFORMANCE & COMMUNICATION SKILLS * Able to create instant credibility with potential clients by utilizing knowledge and showcasing your enthusiasm and passion for investment real estate. Must have Empathy and be able to show it so that you can build repoire with clients. * Ability to Work on own Initiative & Self-Driven to succeed * Must be teachable (willing to learn, willing to change) * Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, friendly and authentic * Previous Real Estate Experience Required * Excellent team player and ability to work independently * Responsible and dependable, Proactive & Solution-oriented * PROPERTY LOCATING EXPERIENCE -- willing to do the work and learn but don't have the cash to do the right type of marketing * Ability and willingness to accept and provide feedback * Can easily demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a time-critical environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone, text, and email. * High level of motivation and persistence * Knowledge of Investment Real Estate & Rehabilitation Construction a big plus! *Someone looking to further their education and resources. In addition to prospecting for additional company business, you will also be building a team that will be assisting you. You must be able to determine the end value of a potential property and determine repairs based on our system, but also connect with prospective sellers who a lot of the time have a property and a big problem. . .but no solution. Your ability to show them that we ARE their solution and to educate them on not only how we purchase real estate, but also how it benefits them will directly impact your success as well as the level of income you generate. Management Experience is a must since you will eventually be given the opportunity to build an acquisitions team! EARN $5,000-$15,000 PER MONTH or more (realistically) by utilizing your marketing & sales skills to generate a flow of homes purchased each month. (Eventually earn extra income based on your team's performance as well.) As you improve your effectiveness of marketing, negotiating, and securing properties, we are also willing to educate you on other facets of investment real estate to ensure your success!
