As an Acquisition Marketing Analyst II, you will take ownership of the analytical frameworks that define our growth, transforming fragmented data into cohesive acquisition strategies. This role is focused on solving the challenge of cross-channel attribution and identifying high-value customer segments that traditional metrics might overlook. Your work will provide the critical evidence needed to shift marketing investments, ensuring our budget is always aligned with the highest potential for return.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

* Deliver an audit of current acquisition channels within your first 90 days to identify efficiency gaps and propose a reallocated spend model that improves ROAS by a measurable margin

* Design and execute a comprehensive A/B testing roadmap for landing pages and ad creatives, directly contributing to the team's conversion rate optimization OKRs

* Automate complex weekly and monthly reporting workflows using AI-driven tools to reduce manual data preparation time by at least 30%

* Translate intricate web behavior data into actionable customer personas, allowing the marketing team to tailor messaging for specific high-lifetime-value cohorts

* Partner independently with the Data Science team to refine our attribution models, ensuring every touchpoint in the customer journey is accurately valued

* Provide strategic recommendations during monthly business reviews that synthesize internal performance with broader eCommerce market trends

Qualifications:

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):

* Applying advanced SQL and Python techniques to extract, clean, and model data from disparate sources, ensuring a single source of truth for marketing performance

* Developing sophisticated visualization dashboards in Tableau or Google Analytics that allow non-technical stakeholders to self-serve insights and monitor KPIs in real-time

* Demonstrating AI Literacy by integrating generative AI and machine learning scripts into daily workflows to predict churn or optimize bidding strategies

* Synthesizing complex analytical findings into clear, persuasive narratives that influence executive-level decision-making and marketing strategy

* Maintaining deep knowledge of the Amazon marketplace and eCommerce landscape to proactively identify shifts in competitor behavior or platform algorithms

* Collaborating across product and IT teams to ensure data integrity and the successful implementation of tracking pixels and API integrations

* Championing data-driven culture by mentoring junior staff on analytical best practices and maintaining a high standard for detail-oriented problem solving

Minimum Requirements

* Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field

* Minimum Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics or a similar data-intensive role

* Required Technical Skills: At least 2 years of experience with:

* Advanced SQL for data retrieval and manipulation

* Python or R for statistical analysis

* Data visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, or Databricks)

* Nice to have: Web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics)

* Amazon Marketing Cloud, DSP, or other advanced programmatic advertising environments

* eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, or BigCommerce

* Statistical significance and experimental design in a digital marketing context
