We are seeking an Accreditation Specialist 1 to join our accreditation team. As an Accreditation Specialist 1 at St. Luke's, you'll be at the forefront of driving safety, quality, and compliance across our clinics, supporting our Primary Care and Oncology service lines in an ambulatory setting. Your work will directly shape how care is delivered - smarter, safer, and more effectively.

* Bring clarity through communication, crafting reports, learning tools, and improvement resources that empower others.
* Use smart survey strategies to assess readiness and escalate critical issues when needed - always one step ahead.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Foundational knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements.
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
* A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision, the Accreditation Specialist 1 supports and facilitates implementation of accreditation programs.
* Conducts and coordinates basic accreditation/regulatory standards-based audits.
* Assesses accreditation findings or risks.
* Tracks and evaluates action plans in response to accreditation findings.
* Supports implementation of system accreditation programs, in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Documents and prepares reports for distribution to stakeholders.
* Assists in the presentation of educational accreditation programs.
* Applies accreditation standards and survey methodology to basic issues and problems; escalates more complex issues.
* As applicable, applies clinical knowledge and expertise to facilitate program goals and to address accreditation opportunities.
* Possesses novice/beginning working level knowledge of subject matter.
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
