We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Accounts Payable (Temporal) SoftwareOne Scope: Full time-Fixed Term -6 months- | Office: Ciudad de Mexico | Hybrid Your responsibilities within the role will be but not limited to: * The Accounts Payable fulfills an integral transactional, payment and reporting function in the Finance department of SoftwareOne. * Advanced English. * Finance Background. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting indispensable. * +1 year of Accounts Payable experience. * Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable related tasks, must include experience with entering new and correcting general journal entries. * MS Office experience required including strong Excel knowledge is a must * Advanced English level is a must. Nice to have: * Finance Shared Service Center experience. * Concur experience is a plus. * Fides bank processing experience is a plus. * Experience working with ERP systems - Navision a plus. Soft Skills: * Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, research and resolution skills. * Data analysis, and multi-tasking skills. * Good prioritization and organizational skills. * Must be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and have a professional demeanor. * Proficient to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. * Ability to work independently and with a team.
