Overview: Location: Hybrid, Canonsburg PA Job Type: Full Time / Permanent Work Authorization: No C2C or Sponsorship The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Manager. Ideal candidates will have experience 5+ years of accounts payable in a management or lead position with strong knowledge of payment process strategies, P-Card strategy, and vendor negotiations. Responsibilities: * Oversee all Accounts Payable functions and act as point of escalation for a timely account of issues * Standardize and optimize Process to pay processes * Support month end closing, reconciliations, and general ledger postings * Ensure compliance * Provide leadership and oversight for employees including professional development * Support internal and external auditors Qualifications: Education Required * Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field Experience Required * 5+ years of accounts payable experience including account reconciliations, vendor negotiations, and P-Card * 5+ years experience in a leadership role * Demonstrated knowledge of process improvement strategies * Strong oral and written communication skills
