Overview:
Waters Corporation are seeking an Accounts Payable team member to join the Accounts Team in Wilmslow!
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days a week on site. This is a great opportunity to progress your career within a global leading business. Waters offer excellent support and development within this role.
FTC 12 months.
Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable Invoice processing
* Processing fixed assets invoices
* Inter-company Invoice processing
* Answering vendor queries
* Updating Purchase order spreadsheets
* General ledger account analysis
* Processing payments on a weekly basis
* Accounts Payable Project work
* Support global project implementation Ariba
Qualifications:
Education:
* High School Education
Experience:
* Some Accounts Assistant experience
* SAP & Excel knowledge are beneficial
* SAP Ariba knowledge beneficial but not mandatory
Competencies:
* Good written and oral communication skills are required, to ensure succinct report generation, effective communication with staff, and peers across organization.
* Must be able to work independently and communicate with all levels of the organization.
* Computer literate - MS Suite. Excel would be advantageous to produce reports and analyze data effectively.
* Proficient English
* Language Skills would be an advantage Spanish, German or French
