Enterprise Mobility has an exciting Accounting Internship opportunity for the summer of 2025, located within the Parent Accounting Team. 

Enterprise Mobility's full-time Internship program begins May 19th, 2025 and runs for 10 weeks This exciting opportunity will be located at our Corporate Campus in Clayton, MO, and will report directly to an Accounting Supervisor. This internship offers a Monday-Friday (40 hours per week) schedule and our Interns will work a hybrid schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday work from home and Tuesdays/Thursdays in office.

This position is designed to provide a meaningful work experience that will help build a greater understanding of accounting in a corporate environment. This intern will work with multiple teams and be exposed to various accounting processes and projects.

Responsibilities:

What will you do?

Your experiences will include, but are not limited to:

* Prepare journal entries, expense accruals and allocations
* Review and code vendor invoices for services, products, etc. and travel & expense reports
* Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules including monthly bank reconciliations
* Assist in annual budget/forecast process
* Enter vendor invoices into PeopleSoft system
* Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum:

* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must be a resident of Greater St. Louis, Missouri for Summer 2025 or be attending a St. Louis based University
* Must be a rising Senior, enrolled full time for the upcoming semester, and set to graduate between December 2025 - June 2026
* Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* Ability to work Monday - Friday, up to 40 hours per week during the internship period
* Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Products.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
