As our Accounting & Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for daily accounting activities including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and maintaining accurate and complete records. In this role, you will support month-end closings, internal and external reporting as well as planning and forecasting. Together with the finance team, you will work on continuous improvements of our financial processes.
Key responsibilities
* Manage accurate and timely financial reporting, including financial statements, monthly and quarterly closes (IFRS and local GAAP), cash‑flow forecasts, and management reports
* Oversee the full accounting cycle, GL reconciliations, cash management, treasury activities, and data entry aligned with internal policies
* Ensure robust internal controls and continuously support the improvement of financial procedures to safeguard company assets
* Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, including timely submission of reports and coordination with the local accounting agency
* Produce and deliver financial reports for management, headquarters, and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with headquarters, internal teams, and external auditors, providing required documentation, analysis, and explanations
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; provide clear insights to leadership and act as a business partner to the local sales organization
* Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across accounting and finance functions
Qualifications:
* Background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
* Extensive knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and experience with ERP systems and both transactional and financial accounting processes
* Self‑motivated with strong financial judgment, high attention to detail, and a drive to improve processes
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to structure work effectively and deliver within tight deadlines
* Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote, cross‑functional, and HQ teams
