Continuing to build on a strong heritage of safety, quality and professionalism, Acuren strives to maintain incident free work environments, pursues advanced technical developments, and supports reliability programs that are valued by clients and employees. #LI-MH1 Responsibilities: * Posting of journal entries * Bank reconciliations * Reconciliation of intercompany accounts * Prepare balance sheet reconciliations * Reconciliation of per diem program * Accounts payable support * Manage credit card program * Monthly preparation of financial reports as needed Other work duties as assigned. Qualifications: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: * Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong MS-Excel skills * Resourceful with strong analytical skills * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Understanding of accounting systems; experience with SAGE a plus * Detail oriented EDUCATION: * Bachelor's in accounting required. * 2-3 years accounting experience.
