Account Representative (In-House)

				Overview:

Cambridge Security Seals is an industry leader in the manufacturing and distribution of customized tamper-evident security seals. The Pomona, New York company seeks a personable, enthusiastic, eager-to-learn, and results-driven In-House Account Representative to join our team of professionals and grow within our expanding company. This position centers around initiating and developing a customer base through a combination of lead pursuit and cold-calling. The sales nature of this position de-mands a high level of comfort and proficiency with proactive customer interaction, with excellent verbal (telephone), presenta-tion (video chat), and written (email) communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

The daily, functional responsibilities include cold calling, follow-up communications, listening and learning from customers about their needs, and providing information about products, order timing, services, and pricing. The ideal candidate will showcase the ability to meet these performance expecta-tions, produce results as measured by revenue and profitability, and demonstrate the kind of pride, enthusiasm, and attention to detail in this challenging but rewarding position. While CSS provides the specialized training and managerial support to succeed, the Account Representative will be responsible for executing exceptionally within a positive team environment and contributing to the overall quality, success, and growth of the Customer Care department and the company.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will possess a combination of educa-tion, experience, traits, and professional skills that position them for success as an Account Representative, including:
 Responsible, ambitious, proactive, accountable self-starter with boundless energy and drive
 Strong written and verbal communication, presenta-tion, and interpersonal skills
 A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position and environment (preferred but not required)
 Team player with engaging and pleasant personality
 Quick learner
 Analytical and organized, with strong basic math skills
 Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
 Positivity, enthusiasm, and adaptability is a must, with the capacity to succeed under pressure
 Affinity for multi-tasking, with the discipline to follow through and the self management skills to prioritize
