Account ManagerLocation: United KingdomSalary:  50.000 -  55,000

We're looking for a driven and experienced Account Manager to lead the operational delivery of a key client contract, ensuring exceptional customer service, compliance, and commercial performance. This is a senior-level role, managing the helpdesk, MI, and cost audit functions, and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Responsibilities:
What you'll be doing
* Lead the delivery of services within contract scope, meeting all SLAs, KPIs, and budget targets.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring value for money and service excellence.

* Drive a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices to enhance service delivery.

* Manage, coach, and develop your team to achieve high performance.

* Control expenditure and deliver against financial targets.

* Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

* Contribute to the strategic vision and success of the operations function.

Qualifications:
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a senior operations or facilities management role, ideally in a multi-site commercial environment.

* Strong client and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.

* Experience managing both operational and field-based teams.

* Track record in process improvement, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

* Knowledge of Hard Services, contractor management, KPIs, and compliance requirements.

* Recognised qualification in FM, Customer Service, or Management (Level 5+).

* Health & Safety qualification desirable.

* Professional membership (e.g., IWFM, RICS) advantageous.

You'll have the skills to
* Lead and inspire teams through change and growth.

* Make strategic, commercially sound decisions.

* Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders.

* Deliver presentations that engage and inform.

* Manage change in a fast-paced environment.
