The Role:
At REL Field Marketing, we partner with the UK's biggest names to create engaging, memorable Experiential and Branded Event campaigns. We are seeking a proactive and passionate Account Manager to take full ownership of delivering these live consumer experiences. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for the full delivery of sampling and branded events projects, ensuring campaigns are executed with precision, quality, and creativity. You'll work with our clients, internal teams, and field managers to make sure everything runs smoothly, from the initial brief to post-campaign reporting.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll need to juggle multiple priorities, motivate a tight-knit team, and deliver consistently high standards, every time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Management - Be the main point of contact for day-to-day queries. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring briefs are delivered on time with thorough quality checks.
* Project Delivery - Lead the full lifecycle of branded events, pop-ups, and consumer activations, from initial planning and creative sign-off through to flawless live delivery.
* Reporting - Pull and analyse reports, using data to influence change and present results to clients.
* Process Improvement - Drive continuous improvement in campaign workflow and event execution processes.
* Team Communication - Present project overviews and performance results confidently at all levels.
* Risk Management - Develop weekly contingency plans to minimise disruption and ensure smooth operations.
* Performance Reporting - Collate week-end compliance data and activity overviews to share with clients.
* Team Leadership - Manage and develop a small team, including conducting 1:1s, and providing cover during periods of leave.
* Collaboration - Work closely with the field team, recruitment team, and systems team.
What we're looking for:
* Mandatory - Proven Account Management experience within the Experiential Marketing, Field Marketing, or Branded Events industry.
* Campaign Delivery Expertise - Demonstrated track record of end-to-end management and successful execution of live promotional or event-based campaigns.
* Client-Facing Skills - Exceptional ability to build rapport and manage complex relationships across all levels, acting as a confident advisor to clients.
* Operational Excellence - Highly organised, a natural decision-maker, and skilled at developing contingency plans and managing project risk.
* Presentation Skills - Confident presenting campaign performance and proposals (online and in-person) to internal and external stakeholders.
* Line Management experience
What we offer in return:
* Full training and ongoing support to help you excel.
* Clear career progression opportunities.
* A collaborative, fun, and rewarding working environment.
* 23 days annual leave (increasing to 25 after two years) + bank holidays.
* Benefits package including: enhanced pension, life assurance, Perkbox & Taste Card.
