Responsibilities:
* Exceeding Sales Targets: Consistently exceed revenue goals for assigned accounts
* Customer Engagement: Conduct regular visits and meetings with clients to understand their needs and align them with our product offerings.
* Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans to drive sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
* Sales Funnel Development: Build and maintain a robust sales funnel showing consistent growth and delivering steady sales outcomes.
* Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
* Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
* Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, product managers, and other internal departments to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
* Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
* Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new solutions, applications, and technologies in the field.
* Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
* BS/MS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent education
* 5-8 years of applicable Sales/Account Management experience
* Familiarity with A&D ecosystems is strongly preferred
* Digital and RF/Microwave background is strongly preferred
* Ability to manage existing customers and cultivate new accounts
* Strong understanding of electronics test and measurements
* Successful candidates will have a passion for continuous learning and ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal team members.
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
* Sound business judgment with organization & negotiation skills
* Effective presentation and problem-solving skills
