As an Account Manager at SoftwareOne, you'll act as a trusted advisor to your customers, supporting their digital transformation journey and guiding them through cloud adoption. You'll strengthen relationships, uncover new opportunities, and make sure clients get the maximum value from our services.
What you'll do
* Drive digital transformation and cloud adoption while identifying new growth opportunities.
* Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
* Optimize software spend and help customers get the most out of their solutions.
* Build long-term, trust-based relationships through a consultative approach.
* Work closely with internal teams and support marketing or business initiatives.
* Deliver accurate forecasts and manage customer transactions effectively.
Qualifications:
* Experience in IT services or software sales, ideally with SMB/SMC clients.
* Strong understanding of cloud, licensing, and digital transformation.
* Great relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Consultative, problem-solving mindset.
* Confidence using O365 and CRM systems.
* Fluent Polish (C1) and solid English communication skills.
