Practical Information
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania | Reports to: General Manager | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Visa Requirements: Valid work authorization for Lithuania | Language Requirements: English at a professional level
We are looking for a driven Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of direct B2B customers in the Lithuanian market. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers on their digital transformation journey while retaining revenue, securing renewals, and expanding accounts through crossselling software licensing, cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and IT services.
Key responsibilities
* Own a defined portfolio of B2B customers,retainingand growing revenue through renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities
* Act as the primary strategic advisor for customers, guiding Microsoft licensing, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives
* Take end-to-end ownership of the software licensing order lifecycle, ensuring accurate quoting, ordering, and invoicing
* Develop and execute strategic account plans,identifyingwhite-space opportunities across software, cloud, and services
* Lead complex sales cycles, including cloud migrations, managed services, and enterprise licensing agreements
* Build multi-level client relationships, engaging IT, procurement, and senior business stakeholders
* Orchestrate internal and partner teams (Microsoft, AWS, Google) to deliver a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
* Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft licensing models and agreements (CSP, EA, MCA)
* Proven experience in B2B account management or sales within the IT, software, or cloud industry
* Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern IT and FinOps concepts
* A consultative sales mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions
* Excellent relationship-building skills with experience engaging senior customer stakeholdersand solidcommunication and presentation skills
* High levelof organization, ownership, and accuracy when managing deals, renewals, and CRM data
