Join our Japan sales team, where you will be working closely with enterprise customers to accelerate their technology modernization and software investment strategies. Our team partners with clients to optimize licensing, manage cost, and drive value through cloud and digital transformation.
* Drive revenue attainment by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within large enterprise accounts.
* Lead strategic account planning, uncover client needs, and position relevant solutions that deliver measurable value.
* Build and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with key decision makers, including C‑level stakeholders.
* Lead negotiations and manage complex buying cycles, overcoming objections to secure new business.
* Maintain strong understanding of market trends, competitive activity, and enterprise licensing models to support customer advisory conversations.
* Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts aligned to assigned quotas.
Qualifications:
* Full-time work rights in Japan as well as relevant work experience in Japan
* Full professional proficiency in Japanese and working proficiency in English
* Relevant enterprise sales experience in Microsoft or other Tier 1 software volume licensing, and/or cloud solutions, and/or other IT solutions with Japanese clients in Japan
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, build executive‑level relationships, and exceed revenue targets.
* Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
* Proficiency with core productivity tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
