As our Account Manager, you will play a key role in building trusted and long-term partnerships with our customers, by taking responsibility for their portfolios and working to understand their business priorities, challenges and future needs. With your commercial mindset, you will identify opportunities to support our customers' development, while shaping solutions that deliver long lasting value and strengthen our collaboration. 

Responsibilities: 

* Developing new and existing customer relationships, while focusing on sustainable partnerships, high-quality consulting, and clear growth potential 
* Delivering complex cloud, software, and IT service solutions directly to customers while advising decision-makers to ensure strategic alignment 
* Coordinating internal experts effectively to ensure customer expectations are met throughout the entire customer journey 
* Identifying new business opportunities and building a strong network within your customer portfolio 
* Proactively up- and cross-sell, monitoring market and technology trends, and planning sales activities accordingly 
* Collaborating closely with vendors and internal teams, such as Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, Consulting, Project Management, both regionally and globally, to generate additional opportunities and successfully implementing projects

Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience in selling IT services 
* A clear track record of managing existing customers, taking ownership of opportunities, and driving them to closure in a structured and proactive manner 
* Strong customer focus, with the ability to understand business challenges and develop solutions that create real value and strengthen long-term relationships 
* Robust communication and negotiation skills, combined with a collaborative team-player mindset and a confident and professional approach 
* Willingness to travel to customer's sites and a valid driver's license are required
