Overview: Account Manager The Account Manager will be responsible for business growth and development of a portion of the Pattison Food Group customer portfolio, while also assisting with select other Western Canadian accounts. This position will report in to the Pattison Key Account Manager. Responsibilities: * Forecasting - support internal and external forecasting capabilities to improve in stock position, fill rates, and forecasting accuracy * Business Development - develop customer plans, presentations and customer programs with an end goal of achieving sales and profit targets. * Volume & Trade Spend management - effectively manage budgets and volume targets * Data Management & Ordering - monitor inventory in the London Drugs portal and create POs to replenish when low. * Trade Spend - effectively manage budgets based on account objectives * Internal facilitation - keep internal teams & field team focused on successful execution of customer programs and opportunities. * Prepare presentations, business reviews and sales reports that identify areas for improvement and business opportunities.
