				Overview:

We are seeking a results-oriented Field Mobility Account Manager to join our Manufacturing team in Germany. This role is crucial for filling a strategic gap in our market connection, with a primary focus on expanding our presence within the Field Services and Manufacturing verticals. As a Field Mobility Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Zebra's industry-leading portfolio, including rugged, enterprise-grade mobile computing devices, data capture solutions, RFID technology, and scanners. The ideal candidate will be a business developer, adept at identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in an environment without established account assignments, and skilled in managing customer relationships to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the field mobility solutions space.
* Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for accounts in the manufacturing and field services sectors.
* Apply Solution Selling concepts to understand customer challenges and propose effective Zebra solutions that enhance their field mobility operations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Articulate the value proposition of Zebra's rugged hardware portfolio to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineering and product management, to create tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Zebra's footprint within your assigned vertical.
* Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and the competitive landscape to inform account strategies.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* 2+ years of applicable work experience in account management, business development, or a related role.
* Uses moderate domain and solutions knowledge, particularly in mobile computing, data capture, or related technologies.
* It helps to understands company policies and practices related to the role and actively contributes ideas for improvement.
* Happy to travel around Germany 50% of the week
