Account Manager

Farmer

Location: Peru / Hybrid

Your functions within the role will be:

* Establish Strong Relationships with Customers: Focus on building deep, lasting connections with clients by understanding their business objectives and challenges, thereby positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

* Be the Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the essential link between your clients and the company, ensuring all commitments are fulfilled and client expectations are surpassed, thus cementing trust and reliability.

* Enhance the Client Portfolio: Apply market insights and thoughtful planning to attract new clients and identify growth opportunities within the current portfolio. Collaborate with other departments to build compelling offers.

* Enhance the Value of Existing Accounts: Continuously assess and find opportunities for improving the value of current client relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing tailored financial solutions that meet evolving client needs.

* Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured approach to handling the sales pipeline, supervise the progress of leads and opportunities, and use CRM tools and sales analytics to assess pipeline health and optimize conversion rates.

Qualifications:

Profile: Bachelor's degree in a related field, with relevant training and experience in the role of Account Manager for technology solutions.

Required Skills:

* Ability to deeply understand the technical and business needs of clients and translate them into viable technology solutions aligned with their strategic objectives.

* In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, including IT management software, data analytics platforms, cybersecurity, and cloud services (AWS and Microsoft), among others.

* Experience in planning, executing, and overseeing technology implementation projects. Ability to coordinate teams, meet deadlines, and ensure value delivery to the client.

Previous Experience:

* Prior experience managing accounts or projects in private companies, preferably in the following sectors: Banking and Finance, Insurance, and Retail.

Soft Skills:

* Effective communication with both clients and internal teams.

* Self-management, initiative, and motivation to lead opportunities.

* Collaborative work style with a focus on continuous innovation.

* Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.

Desirable Qualifications:

* Advanced proficiency in English.

* Certifications in AWS, GCP, and/or Microsoft.
