Responsibilities:

Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-oriented activities. 

* Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned major named accounts or accounts list, or for identifying and recruiting strategic partners to embed and/or resell company products.
* Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers and informs customers of new product introductions.
* Develop and execute sales strategies specifically tailored for the wireless industry, addressing emerging technologies such as 4G, 5G, NTN and AI.
* Monitor semiconductor market trends, technology roadmaps, and competitors' offerings to proactively uncover new business opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with application engineers, product marketing, and global account teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer performance and roadmap objectives.
* Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
* Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
* Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities
* Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies
* Collaborate cross-functionally with global Keysight teams and regional partners to manage complex projects and ensure consistent customer engagement and solution delivery.
* Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity

* 
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related technical field.

* Minimum 5-10 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or business development within the semiconductor or test & measurement industry.

* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and successfully managing strategic wireless accounts (Device, chipset).

* Strong understanding of wireless device physics, protocol & RF testing, power electronics, or high-speed digital measurement principles.

* Ability to translate complex technical requirements into value-based business solutions and clearly articulate ROI to customers.

* Demonstrated experience in solution selling, involving cross-functional collaboration with application engineers, product marketing, and global teams.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently at engineering and executive levels.

* Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently while managing multiple projects and priorities.

* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends, technology inflection points, and new business opportunities.

* Fluent in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Korean is required for customer engagement.
