Overview: Operations Executive Are you a strong collaborator and relationship builder? Want a role where you can grow and develop? Full-Time, Permanent Salary: 23,130 per annum + annual company bonus Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week Location: Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire - RG41 5TP You will be working for Smollan to fulfil the role of Operations Executive / Account Executive on our Tactical Team. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for: * Responding to operational issues in the field via phone and email * Ensuring the field team have the necessary equipment and information to complete the job * Liaising with the warehouse/courier and field colleagues regarding delivery of POS (Point of Sale materials) * Completing monthly grocery reports for business directors * Completing an activity in store on a monthly basis * Standard operational administration activities, including: * Field brief and survey writing for approval of the project manager * Collate briefs and project materials to distribute to field team via mailouts * Keep the client up to date with photos from live activities using our internal activity management system * System administration such as paperwork checks You will have: * Basic IT skills * Strong communication skills * Ability to work within a team * A good "can do" attitude, and you are prepared to go that "extra mile" * Strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment In return we will offer you: * The opportunity for further career development by progressing to attend client meetings with Account Managers * Full training and ongoing support to enable you to fulfil your role to the best of your potential * Great career opportunities * A fun working environment where performance and success are really rewarded * 24 days annual leave (increasing annually up to 29 days) + bank holidays * Other benefits include: Medicash, enhanced company pension, enhanced sick pay, life insurance, enhanced paternity leave, enhanced maternity leave, adoption leave, cycle to work scheme, gym discount scheme, referral programme + Perkbox and Taste Card Are you our next investment?
