Responsibilities:

* Lead business development efforts and engage with clients to expand market presence
* Manage onboarding processes for new clients, including product setup and additions
* Conduct market research and gather insights to support strategic initiatives
* Review and negotiate contracts with clients and partners
* Maintain and grow existing accounts through marketing, relationship building, and operational support
* Analyze account sales performance and provide actionable recommendations

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
* 2-4 years in business development, sales, or marketing operations
* Background in business development or account management
* Familiarity with sales and marketing operations
* Industry experience in payments, finance, or gaming
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
