Responsibilities:
We're looking for an Account Director to lead the partnership between our internal creative team and the broader business. This role operates at the intersection of client service, strategy, and creative delivery. You'll serve as the key connection point, ensuring our work is clear, purposeful, and effective. You'll help shape how the creative team shows up across the company and set the tone for how we deliver work that earns trust and makes an impact.Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders across marketing, product, and brand
* Translate business goals into creative briefs that inspire great work
* Lead campaign planning and oversee execution across channels including digital, social, retail, and video
* Keep projects on track, on time, on budget, and on strategy
* Partner with creative, strategy, and production leads to deliver ideas that move the brand forward
* Build relationships that balance business priorities with creative excellence
* Mentor account and project managers to strengthen our internal agency model
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
* 8+ years of experience in account management or client service within an agency or in-house creative team
Skills and Qualifications:
* A proven ability to lead integrated campaigns and manage complex stakeholder relationships
* Strong strategic instincts and the ability to connect creative ideas to business outcomes
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, highly creative environment
* A passion for storytelling, simplicity, and making ideas happen
