About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant with approximately 2 years of experience to join our finance team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to advance their accounting career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities * Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. * Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions. * Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records. * Support month-end and year-end closing processes. * Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for audits. * Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data. * Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned. Qualifications * Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
