Responsibilities: The Account Analyst is responsible for customer event input including promotional, new items, and distributions. This role is accountable for successful execution entry into our Advanced Order Management (AOM) system. This Account Analyst assists KeHE team members with the compilation, processing, and analysis of data related to the customer. As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Business, Operations, or Analytics preferred * Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills * Ability to prioritize workload to have the most significant impact on customer satisfaction and performance to KPI's * Outstanding analytical skills with a demonstrated success in organizing, analyzing and accurately interpreting a large amount of data * Experience with AS400 systems and PowerBI is strongly preferred * Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word skills * A demonstrated passion for training, process, and procedure * Prior food industry experience and/or code sensitive product environment is preferred
