Responsibilities: * 18 years of age or older * Have a High School Diploma or GED * Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license * Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen * Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship * Read, write, and understand English * Have mechanical experience and/or aptitude * Work well with others * Willing to work any shift assigned (Four 10-hour shifts); days of the week to be determined * Willing to work weekend shifts when needed Qualifications: As an Accessory Shop Technician, you will be responsible for component maintenance and repair. You will perform component maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer maintenance manuals, SkyWest GMM, and established shop procedures in the interest of flight safety. * Responsible for becoming familiar with and understand the GMM * Responsible for your assigned work area in the shop to ensure that it is kept clean and free of hazards * Keep tools and support equipment in a clean, safe, and operational condition at all times * Required to wear eye and ear protection as necessary to safeguard sight and hearing while using tools or operating machinery * Available to work any shift and overtime if necessary
