Responsibilities: Access Management Analyst Would you enjoy ensuring users have the right access at the right time so operations can run securely and efficiently?Are you motivated by roles where attention to detail, confidentiality, and process discipline truly make a difference? You will be part of a team focused on identity and access management, supporting secure operations across business applications and IT platforms in enterprise environments. You will have the opportunity to contribute to security processes, access governance initiatives, and continuous improvement projects that help maintain a controlled, compliant, and efficient access environment. How a day to day would look like in this role: * Management of cases and tasks through the ITSM tool * Creation, modification, and deactivation of accounts in Active Directory * Access management across business applications and IT platforms * Administration of Microsoft 365 licenses and account lifecycle * Execution of security controls and documentation management Qualifications: Systems Engineer or related field, with intermediate experience working as an Access Management Analyst, with foundational knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM), user account administration, and access governance processes in enterprise environments. Required Skills: * Experience using Microsoft Active Directory for account and permission administration * Knowledge of SSO (Single Sign-On) and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) * Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles: confidentiality, integrity, and availability * Understanding of access governance concepts such as least privilege, access control, and segregation of duties * Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and role change processes Why join our team?
