Join our dynamic team as an AWS Marketplace Regional Sales Specialist (NORAM) and help position SoftwareOne as the partner of choice for customers and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
About the Team
You'll be part of a collaborative, innovation-driven team that works closely with AWS, key ISVs, and internal stakeholders to unlock marketplace opportunities and drive strategic deals.
Role Purpose
As an AWS Marketplace Regional Sales Specialist, you will fuel growth by positioning AWS Marketplace as a strategic route to market, supporting customers and ISVs, and shaping cloud purchasing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive marketplace growth by positioning AWS Marketplace as a strategic route to market for third-party software

* Identify and convert opportunities for Consulting Partner Private Offers (CPPOs), helping customers transact via SoftwareOne

* Support AWS consumption strategy, ensuring SoftwareOne is included in new and renewing Private Pricing Agreements (PPAs)

* Collaborate with AWS and ISVs to build joint go-to-market plans and target shared customers

* Enable internal teams, equipping account managers and consultants with the knowledge to sell through the marketplace confidently

* Act as a subject matter expert, guiding both customers and internal stakeholders on the benefits of marketplace-led procurement

Qualifications:

*  

* Proven experience in cloud or software sales, ideally in a consultative, partner-led environment.
* Strong understanding of AWS Marketplace, including CPPOs, licensing models, and commercial structures.
* Track record of working with hyperscalers (especially AWS) and/or Independent Software Vendors.
* Familiarity with cloud commercial models, including AWS consumption frameworks, PPAs, and cloud cost optimization.
* Confidence engaging both commercial and technical stakeholders, including C-level executives and solution architects.

Target compensation for this role will be 120-145K USD (mix of base salary and bonus). Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) candidates' qualifications, experience, education, and work location.
