We are looking for a Senior AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing Professional Services team, helping key clients define and shape their cloud strategy. In this role, you'll use your consultancy experience to advise on technology choices, guide long‑term cloud vision, and drive measurable progress. You'll play a key part in taking clients through their full cloud journey - designing secure, scalable solutions, ensuring smooth transitions, and empowering their teams to adopt and understand the cloud with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
* Architect, develop and operate highly secure, compliant, resilient, cost-efficient, and high-performing solutions in Cloud and on-premises environments for our customers and partners
* Ensure technology solutions are designed, implemented, and operated to solve customer problems, always prioritizing their best interests and fostering long‑term relationships
* Lead presales opportunities (e.g., RFPs, solution design)
* Participate in mentoring, and professional development of other team members
* This role includes approximately 10% international travel
Qualifications:
* Industry certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional is preferred, and AWS Specialty or other certifications (MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, CKA/CKAD/CKS, Terraform, GitHub, CISSP, CISA/CISM) are an advantage
* Strong AWS expertise in services such as EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, Direct Connect, CloudFront, CloudWatch, Config, CloudTrail, and CloudFormation.
* Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with CloudFormation and/or Terraform
* Networking & Internetworking fundamentals (LAN/WAN routing and switching)
* Database experience with one or more of the following: Oracle, Microsoft SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL or Data Warehousing solutions
* Application & Configuration Management: Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SAP ERP, plus tools like Chef, Puppet, Ansible, SCCM
* CI/CD & Scripting: Experience with Git‑based version control and CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.) and scripting skills in Python, Ruby, Go, Bash, or PowerShell
* Security & Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC), governance, IAM, Firewalls, and experience with AWS/Azure/GCP or virtualization platforms (VMWare, Xen)
* Strong customer focus and business acumen
