As our new AWS Channel Specialist, you will play a key role in AWS channel development by recruiting, enabling, and activating AWS partners. Working within the cloud ecosystem, you will leverage your AWS expertise to support partner success and drive cloud adoption. 

Key responsibilities 

* Recruit, onboard, and activate new partners within the AWS ecosystem 

* Activate and develop existing partner portfolios by promoting AWS technologies and programs 

* Guide partners through AWS programs, incentives, and technical resources to accelerate their success 

* Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment with AWS strategies and objectives 

* Collaborate with internal teams to drive AWS growth initiatives and channel development 

Qualifications:

* Proven success working in SaaS and cloud technology environments with experience in channel development and partner ecosystems 

* Solid understanding of AWS solutions, services, and partner programs 

* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to manage multiple partners, priorities, and projects effectively 

* Ability to understand cloud market trends and translate them into partner opportunities
* AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Cloud Practitioner) are considered an advantage
