INTEQNA is assisting a trusted client with sourcing of a Assistant Vice President for their Global IS team supporting HR Technology - This is a brand new role for the right person to create a strategic roadmap around disparate HR Systems and technology around the world ! Inteqna Toronto is recruiting for a AVP in IS Global HR Technology Accountabilities: Experience in: * Strategic planning * Resource planning/resource management * Project planning and budgeting * Short and long term IT planning * Monitoring and tracking costs * Translating high level strategies and requirements into IT solutions * Use of analytics and performance metrics Knowledge of: * Enterprise HR IT strategies, operations, programs and processes, trends, issues, and direction * SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for HR * Financial management concepts such as estimating and budgeting * General business principles Requirements: * Minimum 10 years business experience within an information technology environment including extensive demonstrated experience with HR systems and solutions. * Post-secondary education in business or computer science or a combination of both * Proven ability to serve as both an HR leader and executive team member, as well as build performance-driven relationships and provide outstanding levels of service delivery and support to a variety of business stakeholders * Demonstrated strategic and tactical planning skills, with the ability to align business and technology planning * Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative business relationships * Demonstrated understanding and record of performance across complex business and geographically diverse businesses * Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) * Ability to lead, collaborate, and build consensus in multi-functional teams * Superior analytical and problem solving skills * Proven leadership skills: ability to persuade and motivate others * Self-starter, successful negotiator and skilled decision maker Total Compensation Package: * Salary range DOE: * Location: Toronto, London or Winnipeg * No waiting period for medical and dental benefits * Corporate culture described as "upbeat, energetic, positive, supportive and employee driven" in last company survey * Ranked as one of Canada's Top 100 Employers Apply: Please apply directly online or submit your word.doc resume to Nadia Boodram at nboodram@inteqna.com or kjohnson@inteqna.com * Inteqna would like to thank all candidates for their interest in this opportunity.
