Location: Remote - Local to Exton, PA
Job Type: Full Time / 3M Contract
Work Authorization: No C2C or Sponsorship

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a 3 Month contract role for an AP Specialist. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience using Sage Intacct.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and process invoices using Sage Intacct
* Properly code within the general ledger
* Process ACH transactions
* Review documents for accuracy

Qualifications:

Required Education:

* High School Diploma

Required Experience:

* 2+ years of RECENT Accounts Payable experience using Intacct
* Experience in QuickBooks Online preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to fully process Accounts Payable including recording transactions, using codes, and processing invoices
