Join a world of possibility with Aimbridge Hospitality. Responsibilities: The Pool Supervisor assists in overseeing daily operations of a pool in a hotel resort or similar setting. Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: * Typically requires a high school diploma and 3 or more years of experience. * May require lifeguard CPR or pool operator certification. * Knowledge of the field's policies procedures and practices. Leads and directs the work of other employees. * Typically has some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring performance or disciplinary actions. * Ability to foster teamwork. Ability to develop and mentor others. * Decision-making skills. Problem management. Management skills. Oral communication skills. * Customer service skills. Customer service skills. Interpersonal skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversees a team of lifeguards and pool or cabana staff during an assigned shift or in the absence of the Pool Manager. * Ensures that pool facilities including concession stands pool bar changing rooms and showers are cleaned and maintained in accordance with company standards and safety regulations. * Promotes and participates in recreational activities involving the use of the pool.
